We have been designing, creating and manufacturing latex weapons, armour and props for Live Role-Play for over 19 years, and progressed into making items for Film, Television and Theatre over the last decade.
While we specialise in closed cell foam and latex arms and armour, we can create anything from our materials; from rocks to cadavers, even sets and scenery.
Our company is based on the belief that our customers' needs are of the utmost importance. Our entire team is committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals.

Live Role Play Events
We only attend a few events per year, so the only way to guarantee obtaining an Artyfakes weapon, armour, or any other Artyfakes item/s, is to order direct from this website.
Film, Television & Theatre Location Work
Artyfakes are available for location work: we have a mobile unit we can dispatch anywhere in the world should you need us to hand. Our methods are fast, with the majority of one off requests completed within 24 hours (film, theatre and television only)*.
About Our ProductsArtyfakes latex weapon's armour and props are designed, created and manufactured to the highest standards of safety and durability. It is suitable for Film, Television and Theatrical use, as well as for live role-play.
Most of our Products are created from closed cell foam, around a glass fibre or carbon fibre spine, which is then coated in pre vulcanised latex. The density of the foam used gives a good balance of durability and memory whilst still able to compress to absorb impact.
Role-Play specific: The density of foam is suitable for all UK systems and many other systems around the world. Some system's use a softer density of foam; please ensure that our weapons are suitable for your system: if you are unsure consult your system organisers. Artyfakes Latex Weaponry, can be weighted for realism. All measurements quoted are approximate, and refer to the total length of the item. Colours shown on the website may vary
As all Artyfakes Armour & Weaponry are hand crafted, minor blemishes and imperfections are occasionally present.
