Care of Your Artyfakes Action Props Ltd Weapons
 
 
To give your weapon the longest possible use, please follow these guidelines: 
  
 
  • Protect from strong sunlight
 
  • Keep away from naked flames and other heat sources
 
  • Try to keep your weapon dry. If it does get wet, gently dry it thoroughly, and dust it lightly with talcum powder.
 
  • Do not lean swords or daggers point downwards as this can damage the tip.   
  
  • Do not allow your weapon to be pressed between or under solid objects, especially for any length of time, such as when travelling to or from an event.  
 
  • Latex weapons should be used with light pulled blows, always pull your blows during combat.
 
  • Avoid striking hard or rough surfaces such as rocks or trees with your weapon.   
 
  • Occasionally apply silicone spray to your weapon to prevent any abrasions during contact.   
 
  • Under no circumstances should you thrust or stab with Artyfakes weaponry.   
  
Artyfakes shall not be held responsible for any injury occurred through any misuse of their products.  
 
 
 
 
Warranty
 
All Artyfakes Action Props Ltd products are guaranteed to last one year of proper use following our ‘Care of Your Weapon Guidelines’   Where the Goods have been manufactured by Artyfakes Action Props Ltd and are found to be defective: Artyfakes Action Props Ltd shall repair, or in its sole discretion, replace defective Goods free of charge or refund the cost of the item within 1 year from the date of receipt of goods, subject to the following conditions:
 
Notifying Artyfakes Action Props Ltd in writing or email immediately upon the defect becoming apparent  
The defect being due to the faulty design, materials or workmanship of Artyfakes Action Props Ltd.  
Any Goods to be repaired or replaced shall be returned to Artyfakes Action props Ltd at the Buyer’s expense, if so requested by Artyfakes Action Props Ltd.  
Artyfakes Action Props Ltd shall be entitled, in its absolute discretion, to refund the cost of the defective Goods including any reasonable postage costs incurred.
